Weight Gained: 7 pounds.
Movement: Jeff felt the baby move for the first time this week. It’s faint but he’s there. 🙂
Food Cravings: Frozen chocolate chips.
Food Aversions: Nothing this week.
Sleep: Between work, holiday parties, dinners with friends and travelling… I’m not sleeping as much as I should be. I had serious FOMO (fear of missing out) last night, it took me two hours to finally put myself to bed. Sleeping great when I get there. Naps are my friend.
Stretch Marks? Nope, definitely feeling stretched though.
Miss Anything? Getting a good sweat on. I feel like it’s been a long time since I’ve gotten sweat in my eye during a workout.
Looking forward to: Dressing my bump. I plan on doing some shopping with my mom and Grandma while I’m in town. I am hoping I can find some non-maternity maternity clothes.
Belly Button in or out? Half and half.
Happy or moody most of the time? Happy, unless I am tired or hungry… then I find I am extremely irritable.
Maternity Clothes: Next week.
New Baby Items: I bought diaper cream from ARBONNE and then received the body oil, lotion and wash from my BodyFlow instructor! So sweet.

I brought my Jillian Michaels DVD home with me. The 20 minute workouts are awesome. It’s the 30 Day Shred video. 3 minutes strength training, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs, 3 rounds. Instead of doing the abs with Jillian I just plank.
I am loving being home for the holidays! 🙂
