My friend told me about this song and it sounded crazy. I YouTubed it and it’s actually quiet catchy. Watch it all the way through, it’s weird but it ended up on my running playlist.
I missed my Sport Circuit class today so I hit up a 5:30 BodyPump class. I cannot remember the last time I went to one. I am already sore. I probably should have adjusted my weight to account for the 3 months off. I had to skip a few reps, especially on the shoulder track… killer. Goal: Try to get to at least 1 Pump class in every 2 weeks.
