Saturday morning I woke up craving a run, but my heel has been bugging me a lot lately and I am scared to injure myself. Jeff mentioned he wanted to go to the gym so I suggested doing our own little back yard work out instead.
Wednesdays I go to a Sport Circuit class at my Goodlife. It’s kicks my butt every time. I tried to replicate it…
The class is based on interval training, one minute “cardio” (burpees, plyo lunges, push ups, etc.) alternating with one minute of pilates/abs. The instructor also introduced me to The Countdown and Agony.
Warm up Run Around the Block
20 minutes of 1 minute intervals. Cardio/Abs.
Way more fun than going to the gym. I love Saturdays.
