WIAW#1 What I Ate Wednesday (today)

Welcome to my first WIAW post! I decided to do a WIAW post this morning… because it’s Wednesday. About half way through the day I realized there was a fatal flaw in my plan. By the time anyone reads this it will be Thursday… I guess I missed this important note, in BOLD: “photograph a day of meals any day of the week” from Peas and Crayons. Oh well, next time.

Breakfast

Breakfast - Oatmeal with Hemp Heats and a Plum.  (I have cut my plums in half since I was little.  I don't like holding the pit in my hand after I've eaten around it).

Lunch

I swear I never eat these.  My husband got groceries last night, and I asked for something easy and on sale.

Dinner – Mahi Mahi and Shrimp Burritos

This made up for my frozen entree lunch.
